Legal Principle
The statutory arbitration clause of a housing cooperative applies exclusively to intra-corporate disputes. In the absence of an express statutory provision or of an autonomous clause in the assignment or transfer agreement, it does not extend to disputes relating to the transfer of property, since a member of a housing cooperative holds two distinct, albeit connected, relationships: the associative relationship and the bilateral exchange contract.
