An arbitration clause in companies must provide for the number and manner of nomination of the arbitrators, conferring in any event, under penalty of nullity pursuant to Article 838-bis of the Code of Civil Procedure, the power to nominate all the arbitrators upon a person extraneous to the company, the clause which refers to the parties themselves in dispute the choice of arbitrators being null and void.
