An arbitration clause appearing at the foot of informed consent forms signed by a patient is ineffective as unfair under art. 33, co. 2, d.lgs. 206/2005, unless the professional proves that it was individually negotiated, the specific and separate signature required by art. 1341 cod. civ. not being sufficient for that purpose.
