The President of the Court, having ascertained that the statutory conditions are met, appoints upon a party’s application the third, technically qualified arbitrator pursuant to art. 810 cod. proc. civ.
Where the general conditions of contract specify no time limit for the conclusion of the arbitral proceedings, the court making the appointment may fix the final time limit.
