Where the arbitration clause contained in the company’s articles of association does not confer upon the arbitrators the power to grant interim measures, interim jurisdiction remains with the ordinary court until the constitution of the arbitral tribunal, under art. 818, para. 2, of the Code of Civil Procedure.
