The+failure+appeal+of the+declinatory+of+competence+of the+judge+ordinary+and+the+consequent+judged+formatous+on the+competence+of the+referees+precludes+each+discussion+not only+on the act+that n n E+is+at the+base+(the+clause+compromise),+but+also+on the+ruling+arbitration+that+n n n n n not constitute+the+development,+where+not+contested+for+reasons+more+and+different+from+those+concerning+the+competence.
