Court of Nocera Inferiore, 1 July 2025, N. 2203

An arbitration clause, being derogatory of ordinary jurisdiction, produces effects exclusively between the parties who have specifically subscribed to it, and cannot extend its efficacy to persons who are strangers to the arbitration agreement.
An arbitration clause contained in a particular contract does not extend its effects to disputes relating to another contract, even if connected to the principal contract, unless such extension is expressly provided for.
