Decisions taken by banking and financial arbitration bodies concerning the reimbursement of insurance charges and unaccrued intermediation commissions following early repayment of financing do not affect the passive legitimacy of the lender or the assignee of the credit, who remain subject to the consumer’s claim for restitution by reason of the contractual connection between the contracts, without prejudice to any right of recourse against the insurance company or the intermediary.
