A support administrator (amministratore di sostegno), with the prior authorisation of the guardianship judge (giudice tutelare), has standing to appear in arbitral proceedings on behalf of the beneficiary where the disputes that are the subject of the arbitration may affect the financial and asset position of the person under administration, the assessment of standing in the particular case remaining a matter for the arbitral tribunal.
