The objection of lack of jurisdiction of the ordinary court based on the existence of an arbitration agreement constitutes an objection that cannot be raised by the court of its own motion and must be raised, on pain of forfeiture, in the statement of defence filed in a timely manner pursuant to Articles 166 and 167 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
