In case of non-acceptance by the parties of the proposal for liquidation of fees formulated by the arbitral tribunal, jurisdiction for judicial liquidation belongs to the president of the court that appointed the arbitrators, pursuant to art. 814 para. 2 Code of Civil Procedure.
The liquidation of arbitrators’ fees proposed by the arbitral tribunal is considered reasonable and must be accepted when it is not specifically contested by the parties to the arbitral proceedings.
