The termination of the contract by operation of the opening of judicial liquidation, pursuant to Article 186 of the Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency (Codice della crisi d’impresa e dell’insolvenza), in the absence of a declaration by the insolvency practitioner (curatore) of the intention to step into the contractual relationship, causes the arbitration clause contained in the contract to cease to have effect.
