The contemporary proposition of the exception of compromise and of the question reconventional, for reasons of logic legal-procedural, implies however the ontological subordination of the reconcentio to failure acceptance of the exception compromise, in the the fondness of ". that with its proposition si deduce e si asks to ascertain, it is incompatible with the exam of the question conventional so that the proposition of the exception implicates naturaliter the subordinate character of the question reconvectional, right the prejudice logic of the exception compromise.
