The jurisdiction of the President of the Court to extend the time limit for the rendering of the arbitral award pursuant to art. 820 para. 3 lett. b of the Code of Civil Procedure exists exclusively when the arbitral tribunal has been appointed by the same President of the Court according to the procedure set out in art. 810 para. 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
The standing to request the appointment of a special curator pursuant to art. 79 of the Code of Civil Procedure belongs exclusively to the parties to the procedural relationship or to the Public Prosecutor, excluding arbitrators who do not hold the status of party to the proceedings.
