The decree of enforceability of the arbitral award falls within the jurisdiction of the court in single-judge composition and is conducted according to the forms of chamber proceedings pursuant to art. 825 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
The enforceability of the arbitral award is subject to compliance with procedural requirements consisting of the party’s application, the filing of the award in the prescribed forms and the submission of the arbitration agreement.
