The arbitration clause contained in the articles of association of an association, which exhaustively refers to the arbitral tribunal disputes concerning membership status and the challenge of corporate resolutions, does not extend to claims for the performance of obligations arising from the termination of membership, which remain subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts, even where they are consequent upon resolutions not challenged by way of arbitration.
