Upon a party’s application the court appoints the arbitrator for the purpose of quantifying the compensation in expropriation proceedings in the public interest, where the provisional compensation offered has been refused, directing that the acceptance of office, together with the undertaking to discharge it faithfully, be filed electronically and bear a digital signature.
The costs of the arbitral proceedings for the determination of the expropriation compensation may be advanced, by payment of a sum on account to the appointed arbitrator, by the applicant party.
