The pendency of arbitral proceedings does not preclude the filing of an application for urgent interim relief under Article 700 of the Code of Civil Procedure before the ordinary court, where the arbitral tribunal has not been vested by the parties with the power to grant interim measures, and the interim measure granted by the State court may produce effects until the decision of the arbitral tribunal.
