The effectiveness and validity of an institutional arbitration award remain unaffected notwithstanding the subsequent assignment of the credit that is the subject of the award and any challenge thereof by the debtor, the award retaining the value and effectiveness of determination of a judgment rendered by state courts pursuant to art. 824-bis of the Code of Civil Procedure.
The assignment of credit arising from an arbitration award is validly enforceable against the assigned debtor by notification of the deed of assignment, without the need for specific acceptance by the debtor, save in case of formal communication of refusal.
