In matters of interim proceedings ante causam or during proceedings, the circumstance that the proceedings on the merits to which the interim relief is ancillary are pending before arbitrators, by virtue of an arbitration clause, is not relevant for the purposes of the ruling on the costs of the interim proceedings, which must be determined in the arbitral proceedings on the merits.
