In matters of corporate arbitration, where the articles of association provide for the submission to arbitrators of disputes relating to corporate relationships and one of the parties fails to appoint the arbitrator within its competence, the president of the court of the place where the arbitration has its seat, upon application by the interested party, shall proceed with the appointment of the arbitral tribunal pursuant to Article 810 of the Code of Civil Procedure, determining its composition in accordance with the provisions of the arbitration clause in the articles of association.
