An arbitration clause contained in a contract does not extend its effects to disputes relating to another contract, even if connected to the principal one; accordingly, an arbitration clause in a leasing agreement does not apply to a surety who was not a party to that agreement, where acceptance of the arbitration clause was not expressly provided for or referred to in the guarantee contract.
