The arbitrator has no jurisdiction to adjudicate on the costs of precautionary proceedings conducted before the ordinary court pursuant to art. 669 quinquies of the Code of Civil Procedure, so that the assessment of such costs falls to the ordinary court that ruled on the precautionary measure.
