The abstention of an arbitrator for reasons of appropriateness constitutes one of the circumstances provided for by art. 811 of the Code of Civil Procedure and, in the absence of conventional criteria for replacement, justifies the appointment of a new arbitrator by the president of the court pursuant to art. 810 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
