The special curator appointed to represent the company requires the authorisation of the President of the Court in order to consent to the disposal of the pending arbitral proceedings, with costs wholly offset, on the ground that the subject matter of the dispute has ceased to exist; the authorisation is to be granted where the application is found to be well founded.
