Ineffectiveness for breach of Article 1341(2) of the Civil Code of an arbitration clause is predicable exclusively in relation to general conditions of contract and does not apply to a private written agreement drawn up and agreed for the conclusion of a single transaction, in respect of which the arbitration clause retains full validity and effectiveness.
