The filing of an arbitration demand prevents the forfeiture of the time limit provided for by art. 2287 of the Civil Code for opposing a resolution to exclude a partner, and the subsequent extinction of the arbitral proceedings does not undo such preventive effect where all claims and defences have been fully re-submitted in the ordinary proceedings.
