The suspension of the enforceability of an arbitral award under Article 830, last paragraph, of the Code of Civil Procedure requires a summary assessment both of the fumus boni iuris, namely the likelihood that the challenge will succeed, and of the periculum in mora, namely the risk of serious and irreparable harm arising from enforcement of the award.
