The application for suspension of the enforcement effect of the decree recognising and enforcing a foreign arbitral award must be rejected when the applicant party adduces as the sole ground the impossibility of executing the enforcement notice due to international sanctions, where the counterparty indicates alternative methods of payment that are lawful and fully enforceable, thereby removing the requirement of periculum in mora.
