An arbitration award declaring the acquisition of ownership by adverse possession, rendered without the holders of the property right over the immovable and the registered creditors appearing from the land registers having been summoned to the arbitration proceedings, is void for breach of the principle of audi alteram partem, on account of the failure to join the parties entitled to contest the claim.
