The challenge to an arbitral award is declared inadmissible pursuant to article 348 of the Code of Civil Procedure when none of the parties appear at the hearings fixed by the judge hearing the challenge, this being a proceeding subject to the rules on restoration of time limits introduced by Law 353/1990.
