Art. 829, co. 3, Cod. Proc. Civ. Allows of denouncing the merit of the decision of the referees only where this is it is state espresso RTI; the appeal which, in lack of such provision in the clause compromise, nevertheless it concerns the aforementioned merit, it must be declared inadmissible.
