In matters of arbitration, where arbitrators have acted with intent or gross negligence, any right to remuneration and reimbursement of expenses is excluded pursuant to Article 813-ter of the Code of Civil Procedure, gross negligence being constituted by disregarding the objection of non-existence of the arbitration clause or ruling in manifest contradiction with the findings of the court-appointed technical expert ordered in the arbitration proceedings.
