It exists a ratio absolute infurgability between the procedure of exequatur and the process monitor, having the first ad object exclusively the control of the regularity formal of the lod o referee ritual (ED being intended to conclude with a decree) and the second the verification in merit of the existence of the right of credit (and being intended to conclude with sentence).
