In virtue of the principle of autonomy of the clause compromise respect to the shop which is it reports, the clause compromise not constitutes a accessory of the contract in which is it is but it has own individuality nett amente distinct from the of the contract to which it accesses, per to which ad it si si extend the causes of invalidity of the substantial shop, remaining put back to referees the assessment of the deduced disability of the main contract.
