Legal principle
The questions who pay to competence and to jurisdiction must be resolved on the base of the content of the application which is it is proposed in judgment. Therefore , in presence of clause turmoil statutory, are donated to cognition of the referees even the controversies promoted towards comparisons of the alleged member of fact.
