The specific written approval of an arbitration clause under art. 1341, para. 2, of the Civil Code is not satisfied by a blanket reference to all the general conditions of contract, including those that are not unfair, since such a method does not ensure the weaker party's attention to the individual unfavourable clause, thereby depriving the approval of the specificity required by law.
