The formal regularity review of the award provided for by art. 825 of the Code of Civil Procedure for the purposes of granting enforceability is limited to verifying compliance with the requirements preliminary to enforceability and checking the formal prerequisites of the award itself, without extending to the assessment of the substantive validity of the constitution of the arbitral tribunal, which constitutes a defect to be raised through challenge for nullity pursuant to art. 829 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
