In the matter of the challenge of the arbitral award, where the parties, in the arbitration clause, did not provide for the challenge of the arbitral award for breach of rules of law relating to the merits of the dispute, the same breaches may not be raised as a ground of appeal in cassation against the judgment which decided on the challenge of the arbitral award, since the preclusion also operates in proceedings on points of law.
