The judgment of appeal of the Lodo arbitration has ad object only the verification of the legitimacy of the decision yield by referees, not the review of the issues of merit ad they submitted , so the assessment in fact accomplished by the referees not is censurable in the judgment of appeal of the award, Salvo that the motivation on the point it is completely missed or absolute .
