To the fine of the admissibility of the appeal of the Lodo rendo second equity the rule procedural provides that is denounced the violation of rule order public order , of so constitutes base and prerequisite of the appeal ex art. 829 cod. proc. civ. of the praise of equity that such nature partners the violation reported.
