Legal Principle
Il difetto di motivazione, quale vizio riconducibile all’art. 829 n. 5 cod. proc. civ., in relazione all’art. 823 n. 3 stesso codice, è ravvisabile soltanto nell’ipotesi in cui la motivazione del lodo manchi del tutto ovvero sia a t at point lack from not allow the identification of the ratio of the decision adopted o, in other words, by denoting a iter argumentative absolutely inaccessible on the floor dialectical, yes to be resolved in a non-motivation.
