The clause compromise inserted in the act constitutive of a company, which involves the possibility of to refer to referees only the disputes between I members in dependence of business member li or of the interpretation or execution of the statute social statute, not includes even the shares promoted from or against the administrators, not detecting that these are also shareholders of the company.
