The introduction of art. 808-quater code proc. Civ. Ad work of d.lgs. N. 40 of 2 February 2006 has positive a rule interpretation legal interpretation of the convention of arbitration, statuendo which, in hypothesis of doubt, the competence arbitration si extends to all the disputes deriving from the contract.
