The participation of an heir who has accepted the inheritance with benefit of inventory in institutional arbitration proceedings, intended to conclude with an award to resolve disputed matters between the parties, does not constitute an act of disposal or extraordinary administration and, therefore, is not subject to the judicial authorisation required under Article 493 of the Civil Code.
