The declaration of lack of jurisdiction by the arbitral tribunal pursuant to Article 817 of the Code of Civil Procedure results in the lapse of the interim measure previously granted in support of the arbitration proceedings, without however prejudicing the possibility of re-submitting the application for interim relief before the competent ordinary court, given that such lapse relates exclusively to procedural matters and does not affect the substantive basis of the interim relief.
