The fees due to the sole arbitrator and the secretarial fees of the arbitral proceedings, where they have been accepted by both parties to the proceedings, are certain, liquidated and immediately payable, and may be the subject of a payment order without delay pursuant to Article 642 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
