An arbitration clause contained in a contract entered into between the client and a service provider, which refers to an arbitral tribunal disputes relating to the performance of that contract, does not extend its effect to disputes concerning the insurance relationship existing between the same client, as beneficiary of an insurance policy taken out for the benefit of whom it may concern, and the insurance company, these being distinct legal relationships albeit connected.
