The forecast of a hole exclusive present in a contract, which pure contains a clause compromise, has the function of establish pactively a determined hole in the event in to which one of the two parts, agreed in judgment on the other, considered by accepting the jurisdiction state, renouncing ad use of the clause arbitration lifting an increase of incompetence.
