The slope of a judgment, in which one part has promoted application of warranty improper towards comparisons other part, connected a ratio donated to cognition of the referees, not excludes the competence referee, since art. 819-t Er, co. 1, Cod. proc. civ. establishes that the competence of the referees not is excluding from the slope of the same cause to the judge, nor from the connection the dispute to they they refer and a pendant in front of to the judge.
